Smartcount Talking Pedometer — Yes, it talks!

pedometer

The headline might be just a touch too ambitious. But, the Smartcount ‘Talking’ Pedometer is one handy device that breaks away from the conventional pedometer concept by actually announcing your exercise activity ranging from steps taken, distance covered, calories burnt and time taken, periodically with a voice announcement system. This of course can get a little pesky at times when the pedometer keeps announcing your exercise activity when you might want it to just shut up and let you be. Wearing this pedometer, which runs on two button batteries, all day will not be much of a hassle as it has been designed to be compact enough, measuring just 3” x 2” x 1 3/4”. Other goodies that come with this nifty piece of fit-kit are a talking clock, a clear LCD display and a built in belt clip. Clip and go. If you want to get yourself one of these, be prepared to part with some pocket change, £12.95 to be precise.
