You know how they in the artsy circles say that beauty lies in the eye of the beholder? Well, have you ever thought of what they would say if an artwork couldnât be seen by the naked eye? Yeah, I couldnât think of anything either. But the works of Russian miniaturist Nikolai Aldunin are so far beyond being just spectacular microminiatures.
You see they represent one manâs dedication to preserving his thought and impulses via tiny creations that cannot be seen without a microscope and in some way do make a statement about our relationship to our maker! Of course that is not to say that God created us all using a gigantic inert-galactic microscope but it does say a lot about the sheer scale of things in the universe we were all born in!
