Summer is speeding up on its way and its time to clean up our grills for those backyard BBQ jaunts. But Enright wasnât too happy with this fundamental activity. He wanted to out do all of us and so he built the biggest, fully functional, hardest-working, most magnificent, fastest, brand-spanking-new barbecue grill in the world! And he called it “The Outlaw Grill.” Although the name suggest that it is forbidden or illegal, it actually isnât as Enright made sure that it would be street-legal in all 50 states and complied with all Department of Transportation rules. He himself sketched the grill and figured the whole cost up to $200,000. But for $750,000, Enright took delivery of his mobile grill last week in St. Louis reached “in the belly of the barbecue world,” the Houston Rodeo, on Saturday morning. He even got a police escort to Reliant Stadium.
This over sized, over pricey and Outlaw Grill stands at the end farther from Reliant Stadium. Enright is the owner of Juicys food stands along the Carnival midway at the rodeo.
