Andrew Fischel writes a new episode in this chapter. Andrew Fischel is the owner of RUB, a trendy Manhattan-based barbecue joint. Fischel has a panache for biking and he decided to combine his passion for biking with what else but barbecue.
Fischel took the services of the American Chopper team to custom create a ‘mobile barbecue pit’. It is actually a cruiser-style motorcycle with a smoker sidecar. Although the motorcycle is fully functional, the chances of it hitting the highway while doing the smoking job are pretty low as the motorcycle is not ‘road legal’.
However, there is no hassle in using the motorcycle for smoking meat as it is totally legal. RUB is on the way to open a new branch of their restaurant in Las Vegas very soon, and it is suspected that Fischel will use the motorcycle for events at the restaurant’s Las Vegas branch.
According to sources, the cost of this bike is almost at par with a Bentley, and that shows that passions always rule the mind. Anyway, Fischel’s new bike will definitely rule the senses of bike and barbecue lovers worldwide.
