The water would balance the skyscraper and you can hope to sleep peacefully while the earth shakes. One such damper has been installed on top of a 60 floor building in San Francisco, the place where mother Earth loves to shake a leg often. Earthquake prone cities can make use of this technology, which can not only save lives but also allow you to rest in peace without fears of major earthquakes.
