Zero Rupee note to make bribegiving more effective

Don’t you just hate it when you have to bribe your way through a government office and you run out of exact change? Those bloodsuckers are always ready to sink their teeth into your wallet the first chance they get. To combat such pesky problem Fifth Pillar India, an NGO set up to fight corruption, has come up with the brilliant idea of printing out a Zero Rupee note which will help you secure under-the-table-transactions without getting in trouble with the anti-corruption authorities. The bill features a zero denomination, so its worth exactly zero rupees and it might be a great crime fighter especially since it resembles a 1000-buck Indian banknote! The NGO has so far printed over 200,000 of such notes and intends to distribute them among the general public to make use of when they are asked for a bribe! I just hope con artists don’t try to scam innocent citizens with it.
