Common sense would generally dictate that when you want to catch someone with a spy cam, you do it in the most inconspicuous manner possible. Unfortunately, the makers of this Racing Rim Camera did not agree with that line of thought. Although one would think having a huge tire with a clock and an mp4 player dangling from it would certainly invite some very suspicious looks in any kind of décor in almost any culture of the world, but it might just be one of those things that are too crazy to be considered a threat by most people. Anyway, if you like to hang a giant racing tire on your wall, this is exactly what you want for your living room. Apparently, the hideous clock/spy cam/mp4 player also boasts of remote control capabilities and comes pre-fitted with a 2.4GHz receiver for up to 15 meters range. The built-in spy cam is a 1/3 inch OmniVision CMOS with automatic backlight compensation, electronic shutter and automatic white balance, and supports PAL and NTSC TV systems. The rechargeable mp4 player features 128mb of internal flash memory and has an SD/MMC card slot to expand memory upto 1GB apart from 320 x 240 pixels resolution with 25 fps and support for MPEG conversion format. You can also play MP3 and WMA music files and view JPEG or EXIF2.1 pictures on this thing too, although I donât think it will be a good idea to have music emanating from the same source as your secret hidden camera!
