The Wooden Library in Alnarp: A nice tree-book collection for nature lovers

The wooden library in Alnarp is a cool collection of books made out of the natural wood. You can enjoy books on more than 200 tree species, in 217 volumes.

This natural collection of wooden-books came from Germany, and first designed in the mid of 18th century (1805-1810), and in 1952 it becomes the attraction of Alnarp

The book cover, its design, contents all are natural made, and each describes specific tree species. The book cover is beautifully designed using tree branches, and it’s wood. The spine uses the branches, bark, mosses and lichens of the same tree.

The interior of the book, contain the more surprising and natural beauty. Dried leaves, seeds, roots, small branches, its fruits and flowers are arranged beautifully in each book collection. Trees’ history and its realistic use are beautifully written in the central portion, inside the spine. I love to have such book collection.
