Researchers say 'invisibility' possible and reachable

One thing I can certify about the human race is that we are extremely curious people. Majority of us, if granted a wish would ask for invisibility, just so that we can spy on people! Either that or a Harry Potter ‘Invisibility Cloak’! Surprisingly, we are just a few steps away from it. Researchers at the University of California, Berkley, have developed a material that would bend visible light around nano-sized three dimensional objects making them disappear. It’s not magic; the material is artificially made, measured in billionths of a meter which makes them invisible. This is a huge step forward and a tremendous achievement for all of us, and with this a genuine cloaking effect isn’t far around the corner. One of the professors at the university also said that the Harry Potter effect is indeed possible, as all we need to do is find the right materials for the visible wavelengths. This discovery certainly is ultra cool and if things move at the same pace, in a matter of time we might stumble upon the greatest invention of all time!
