Well, here we have something Graham Bell could have never imagined of! PAPPA*PHONE is world’s first ever VoIP phone with wooden finish. This excellent idea of marrying digital telephony with organic wooden works has come out of the brains of Montreal-based designers at Furni for clients Hulgar. PAPPA is compatible with Skype and all other VoIP applications across Mac and Windows platforms through USB. Also, PAPPA doesn’t require any software pre-installed and just needs to be normally plugged into the PC or laptop. Perhaps, bolting a dial pad on this one was a very tedious job for which it has been omitted. PAPPA needs to be dialed through virtual interface of the applications it’s being used with. Every piece of this phone will be made as per order from one-piece of American walnut and brass sensors. The PAPPA is a real cool phone as it can camouflage with wooden tables and is entirely made up of bio-degradable materials!
