MSI unveiled the solar-powered laptop concept back at the CES 2006 and now the Taiwanese company has the first solar-powered MP3 player up its sleeves. MSI has presented its new solar-powered MP3 player ‘MEGA PLAYER 540’ at CeBIT 2006. The 4GB HDD-based MP3 player will be powered by a powered by lithium-ion battery and features a separate solar charger on the exterior. The Solar MP3 player will be available in the market at the end of this year.
