So you love to surf but the struggle to get your board back home through the narrow staircase of your apartment building that really sucks all the pleasure out of a day spent riding the waves, doesnât it? I guess designer Nicholas Notara shared your sentiments, so he decided to do something about the menacing problem. His solution was to just build a surfboard that you can take apart and bring home in a convenient carry box! Seriously it could not have been simpler than that. The collapsible carbon fiber board that features all the streamlined benefits of a regular board but by flipping two pins and a quick release lever you literally makes the board collapse on its own halving in size. The fact that Notaraâs board also features these really cool fins on the bottom totally makes it worth checking out.
