Blow candles with the World's largest cardboard vortex cannon

Now, to what extent can TV channels and programmers go to comply with viewer requests and increase TRP, is not unknown to us. But if the request is something like this and then not only the requester but it will please all who see it also. ‘Hey! Spring of Trivia,’ proved that they can do anything to prove this. They had received a request from a viewer to create a large cardboard vortex cannon and check out if that can blow out huge candles like the smaller sized ones do.

The science class would never be this interesting without the vortex cannons experiments for the Japanese school children. So, when Fuji TV received the request to build a huge cardboard vortex cannon, they went all lengths to accomplish. The creation of such a huge cardboard was a difficult exercise and sued approximately 900 kilograms of cardboard. They filled the cardboard box with smoke. And tested it to blow out candles from various distances. The smoke cannons could easily blow out the candles from 10 and 20 meters length but it was not able to blow out the candle kept at 30 meters distance.

On the whole, the effort did not go in vain and it was superb watching this giant cannon blowing out the candles. And obviously the people doing this exercise were also enjoying it immensely. Float in the clouds with it!
