During a power cut like everybody, I too run for candle and lighter. Then some dirty smoke and that useless wax around makes you realize like you burnt your money for one time light. But, at 100% Design Tokyo this week, a cable-less lamp with LED light source, soon may come to end all that mess. Don’t worry about the candle light effects. It will give you the same flickering as that of a candle on ignition via a touch of magnetic match. And when you feel enough for it, you are welcome to blow it off. It obviously has an outer power source, a rechargeable battery.
