When I generally think skull, the image of a gangly teen dressed in black with a Gothic obsession immediately comes to mind. But I didnât think the highly symbolic part of our anatomy could ever be used as a commercial product! Yes, thatâs right ladies and gents, if this unusual pinhole camera created by designer Wayne Martin Bleger is anything to go by, the skull might soon be a part of our routine lives. Using the mortal remains of a 13-year-old girl, the fully functional camera can actually take images thanks to a lens placed in the empty ocular cavity of the skull.
And just in case peeping through a 150-year old skull doesnât scare the living daylights out of you, the ghoulish sepia images that result from the camera certainly will!
