A design student Chris Owens has designed a conceptual shelf ‘Illume’ that features pressure-sensitive light-up sensors, which illuminates when something is placed on the shelf. Though, there is no practical utility of this feature as such but nevertheless it will be a cool addition to the modern interiors of your homes and also in bars and night clubs. Though, there is no word on whether the LED Shelf will go into production or not, but will be really great if it did!
